1. Inclusions: Rate includes car with driver and fuel.
2. Minimum Kilometers & Calculation: Time & Kilometers are calculated on Office-to-Office basis. A standard minimum running of 300 km per calendar day applies for all outstation journeys.
3. Duty Slip Verification: Reading Kilometer, timings & parking fees must be checked and confirmed thoroughly by the passenger before signing the duty slip.
4. Outstation Calendar Day: Outstation Use: Day means calendar day. After 12 midnight, it will be counted as the next day and charged accordingly.
5. Taxes, Tolls & Parking: Rates do not include parking, toll taxes, and state/interstate border taxes. These will be charged extra as per actual receipts.
6. Driver Allowance (Outstation): For Outstation trips, driver allowance is Rs. 300 per day.
7. Waiting Time: Waiting time can be a maximum of 1 hour from the pickup time. After that, Rs. 100/hr charge will apply.
8. Hilly Areas: Air Conditioning (AC) will be switched off in hilly/steep areas as per safety guidelines.
9. Local Night Usage: For Local trips, driver charges of Rs. 200/- will be applied for usage of car after 10:00 PM or before 6:30 AM.
10. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the passenger vehicles.
11. Luggage: Luggage in the car is at the passenger's own risk and is strictly not allowed inside the passenger cabin seating area.
12. GST Norms: GST will be charged as per applicable government norms and is subject to change as per notifications from the Government of India.
13. Advance Reservation: Minimum advance reservation time is 24 hours prior to travel.
14. Free Cancellation: Cancellation made at least 12 hours before the scheduled reporting time will not incur any cancellation charges.
